Method

  1. Clean and rinse the crabs. Break them into pieces and set aside.

  5. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the crab turns red.
  6. Pour in the cornflour mixture and stir well. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add salt to taste and stir well.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
