- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter or vegan butter

Method
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the almond milk to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it's fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
