Method
- In a bowl, add the paneer cubes and sprinkle corn flour over them. Mix well until the paneer cubes are coated with the corn flour.

- Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar to the pan. Mix well and cook for another minute.
- Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Cook for a minute or two until the sauce coats the paneer cubes well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
