- 1 tsp. coriander powder

Method
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and set aside.

- Add water, salt, and vinegar. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
