- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth

Method
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

- Add the beef broth and stir again.
- Place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to sealing.
- Set the instant pot to manual mode and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once the cooking time has elapsed, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.

Notes
