Method
- Grind the grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, ginger, salt, and sugar in a blender or food processor until you get a smooth paste.
- Transfer the chutney to a bowl and set aside.

- Add the mustard seeds, urad dal, dried red chilies, and curry leaves and fry until the mustard seeds start to pop.
- Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well.
