For the crust:- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). 2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. 3. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. 4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 5. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined. 6. Fold in the chocolate chips. 7. Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust. 8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and the center is set. 9.
