- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil or ghee
- Salt to taste

Method
- First, wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil or ghee over medium-high heat.
